So the main thing that’s been “bugging” me most about a vast majority of the music that’s been coming out over the past few months is that they all carry some serious summer vibes. The problem with that? Well, for us Northern Hemisphere people, these tunes act as some agonizing teasers of what’s coming next, and remind us of just how much of a bummer it is that we have to stay inside for at least another three months.
If you can stomach a good summer track right now, though, I highly recommend hitting up this brand new release from Tray Jack, the east-coast slugger who is most definitely someone to keep your eye on. With this record as the flagship track of a new, weekly installment #TrayJackThursdays, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get more than your filling of good feels until June. Get to it.

Doc Hollywood & Alastor hit us with their latest release “Back To You” an anthemic progressive house banger that’s going to get you inspired. My friend put me on to these guys with this track, and the light and sweet production behind this one still manages to capture the big room feel. Incorporating piano, guitar, cello with electro elements, this makes for a smooth build up for a fun and catchy drop that’ll make you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. I’ve been living in a horrible, dark period where I’ve listened to just about each and every song on my iPhone and iPod’s limited memory about 15 times in the past few weeks of traveling via plane, train, subway, bus, taxi, and foot, not to mention the times I hide my headphones under my hair when I want to mute all the family ramblings. You know how the holidays go. Luckily the latest free download from Austrian duo FlicFlac was a breath of fresh air. It only took about 17 seconds to be exact for that tingly feeling ya get when you listen to a new song to build inside me, and by a minute in, I’ve already had a huge grin on my face. Here is more fantastic work from Skrux. This dubstep tune has a great melody, and really ear pleasing vocals. If you’re into uplifting tracks that can really take you deep inside your mind, this is a good track for you. The lyrics are pretty cool too. Skrux has produced some quality melodic dubstep here, and it’s out for free!

If you’re inside the comfort of your own home, this is the track that’s going to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
