White Cliffs is definitely someone to keep on your radar in 2016. After climbing up the HypeM charts with his remix of Alex Care’s “Too Close,” and making his festival DJ debut at EDC New York and Mysteryland, Brooklyn based producer White Cliffs presents his newest project, a flawless melodic / bass crossover remix of Abby Diamond’s “Good”. Having played jazz guitar and piano before getting involved in producing, White Cliffs is able to put a unique touch on his original music using these elements to his advantage. We were able to sit down with him after he rocked the Silent Disco at Mysteryland and speak on his evolving sound, creative process and pre-show rituals. New York newcomer Taylor Wise has been making quite the name for himself with his past seven releases all taking the #1 spot on HypeM. Currently on tour with Gryffin, Taylor Wise just released a brand new remix of Maggie Lindemann’s song “Things”. From Taylor himself: “When I first came across Maggie I immediately fell in love with her voice. With a voice like hers it’s hard not to have fun remixing something” – and “fun” is exactly what you hear in this remix. Maggie Lindemann’s vocals blend perfectly with Taylor Wise’s upbeat melodic sound – creating a remix that absolutely needs to be added to everyone’s library as summer comes around.

Electro | GET READY FOR THIS WEEKEND WITH ONDA REMIX OF THEY “BACK IT UP”
Posted by VMan on February 17, 2016
These two producers, transplants from Seattle and now based in LA, are cooking a new sound, bending genres, and having fun all at the same time. Onda’s remix of THEY.’s bubbling “Back It Up” has all the right ingredients for a smash. Not only that, but the flip of the original adds a freshness to the track that doesn’t happen in remixes that often. This makes you zone out, dance, and vibe all at the same time. Really excited to see what else comes from these two.

Melbourne indie/electro-pop producer, Emerson Long, just shared his latest single, “Heatwave”. The first of many planned by the producer in 2016, “Heatwave” is moving and emotional, featuring beautiful vocals with melodic synths. Emerson put it perfectly when he said, “This track was based around a relatively simple idea of meeting someone a little bit special…I just want ‘Heatwave’ to be something people can come together and have fun with…Something that can add a little touch of summer to your life.” Given the freezing temperatures outside right now, I’m sure we can all use a ‘touch of summer’. Warm yourselves up, and check out the track now!
