Bred from a mutual admiration for music, love and their hometown, Hasting natives Connor Sims and Jay Mooncie offer an insight in to their idiosyncratic world of sharply contemporary pop songs laced with jazz inflections and melancholic vocal lines. Known better as Folded Like Fabric the pair recently released their debut EP “I Tried” via Beauvoir Records. The 4 track EP is the perfect introduction to their repertoire, with everything from the mesmerizing single “Patiently” to their rhythmic up beat “You Said”.
