Pop | Get Familiar With Clinton Sparks’s Awesome New “Saturday Night” Single

Posted by on August 22, 2016

Boston’s Clinton Sparks has been on a meteoric rise over the past couple years, making the transition from a notable DJ to vocal artist. Releases with Macklemore, 2-Chainz, T-Pain, Snoop Dogg, Mike Posner and Big Sean have catapulted him into stardom,, solidifying his place amongst the biggest pop heavyweights. Released on Cruzach Music Group, “Saturday Night” is arguably Clinton’s biggest song to date, an anthem with a mean hook and even meaner production. Debuted just moments ago, we’ve had “Saturday Night” on repeat all morning, and you should too.

While most 16-year-olds are concerned about their schoolwork and high school drama, Callie Reiff is preparing to make her Terminal 5 debut this weekend, opening for Big Gigantic, Hermitude, and Louis the Child – an impressive feat for any artist her age. Th New York native has been embroiled in the music industry all her life, teaching herself how to play the drums at the age of 12 by watching YouTube videos, before going on to learn how to DJ on vinyl and take production lessons at Dubspot. Now, she’s primed to put all of her considerable skills together to take the next step in her career and truly cement herself as the next, big women DJ in dance music. Reiff has just unveiled a short minimix ahead of her Terminal 5 debut, and it’s nothing short of phenomenal. Showcasing her developed tastemaking ability, the minimix flies through hits like Skrillex & MUST DIE’s “VIPs,” and Nero’s “Crush On You,” in between nearly eight or nine Callie Reiff edits and IDs. Dutch production duo East & Young are turning ears up with an all new single “Elevate”, or should we say elevating ears. The piano-driven tune is suitable for dance-floors far and wide, as it builds slowly from the intro and breaks out into a sonic climax complete with booming drums and layered melodies. “Elevate” is out now.

Deep House | Låpsley – Burn (Vasta Remix)

Posted by on December 1, 2015

Words cannot describe how groovy this remix is, Vasta absolutely murders it. Vasta is a bit of a mystery, he came out of nowhere, and is now one of the hottest rising stars in dance music. I dont know how to describe his sound, its deep but also melodic, and this remix of Burn helps define his dark, deep drums, and house vibes. Make sure you grab the free download here: Free Download

Electronic | MYLK’s Kawaii Themed Single “Candy Pop” Is Super Catchy

The British-born, fully-Japanese DJ/producer MYLK has dropped a dreamy, cloudy single “Candy Pop,” the single pieces together catchy drums and lead synths with dance music elements many of us love.

MYLK’s mixture of Kawaii aesthetics, bass, and video game-like music is peculiar to say the least. It’s something that has created moments where I get a song or two stuck in my head, staying there. With a unique sound and brand, MYLK’s “Candy Pop” will make your day brighter.

Alternative | NoMBe – Kemosabe

This is my first post of NoMBe, but oh my oh my, this guy is not messing around when it comes to writing amazing records. Everything from the songwriting, the melodic production, and the unreal drums, NoMBe is a force! I think this is one act to follow, and I simply don’t have the words to describe how much heat i’m hearing! I expect really big things from this star in the making!
