Everybody sometimes needs a body of music that allows them to sit back and turn their mind off. Tristan de Liège and Benjamin Hill, better known as their project Thoma, recently decided to team up after 10 years of friendship to develop a downtempo, emotional body of work that both could be proud of. Their self-titled debut album, Thoma, found home to Emancipator’s Loci Records imprint. A beautiful yet eclectic compilation of 11 cuts, Thoma’s sound infuses jungle sounds, worldly instruments, and electronic accents to spawn a mind-numbing assortment of ambient, indie-electronic, and chillwave cuts many can appreciate. Ambient | Listen to “Anything Is Possible” by Bobby Puma

You know those songs that get you to match your normal movements to their beat without you even noticing? You’re brushing your teeth or walking to your car and all of a sudden it becomes a dance move. Bobby Puma’s latest track “Anything Is Possible” featuring Zach Sorgen is totally one of those songs.

With a lyrical melody and day-making easy groove, the song is instantly add-to-playlist worthy. And it’s a total departure from his last release, a hard-hitting, electro-influenced remix of Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s “This Is What You Came For.” Bobby Puma has demonstrated his knack for versatility once again and, as always, has kept us wanting more.
