Summer may be winding down for many of you, but its carefree spirit lives on year round. Viceroy’s sound embodies that ideal with the smooth, island feel that he endows his tracks. Coming all the way from his unpolished Dj Philistine days, Viceroy has broken through and is headed on the path to steady success with his unique sound that stands out in an increasingly crowded American dance music community. While this may have a bit more of an indie dance feel than his “Jet-Life” remixes, this is still a superb remix from the young San Francisco producer / DJ.
