Jay Fresh- Otis (SuperVision Remix)

Jordan Michael Johnson, better known as Jay Fresh, is a hip-hop artist coming out of the indie music scene in Dallas. His compositions are mixtures of eclectic electronic beats with hip-hop overtones and while his style has been described by some as “eclectic modern hip-hop,” his appeal is increasingly defined by a more thoughtful focus on the lyrical.

In the past year, Jay has become a notable fixture among the Dallas live music scene – opening for artists such as: LMFAO, Wale, The Cool Kids, Mac Miller, Yelawolf, Big Krit and Trae The Truth. Jay recently teamed up with producer SuperVision (whose currently in the Pretty Lights camp), to create this original electronic remix of the Jay-Z/Kanye West’s original “Watch The Throne” cut.

I know what you’re thinking, not another “Otis” remix. Believe me, I wouldn’t have featured this if I didn’t think it wasn’t worth your time. I have a feeling Jay Fresh may just be the blogosphere’s next big artist.
